INGREDIENTS
- 125 gram smooth cream cheese with Chives
- 30 ml Mayonnaise
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 125 ml Biltong ; Grated
- pinch Salt & pepper ; To taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Use a small mixing bowl and add the smooth cream cheese with chives
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Mix well together
Add the grated biltong and mix into the cheese mixture
Leave in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to flavour before serving
NOTES
This can be serves on sandwiched as a spread, served as a sauce with any meat, or as a dip for snacks
